The method

Real documents first. A claim does not enter the page until something solid sits behind it. When the record disagrees with the story everyone repeats, I say so and show the paper.

A short fact-set I shipped myself, on the Mexican singer Chalino Sanchez: his album Alma Enamorada was recorded in 1991 and released by Discos Musart on 14 May 1992, and a Craft Latino vinyl reissue was announced 18 September 2024. Two dates, two sources, no folklore. That is the shape of the work.
